How can I divide the bays of my 2-car gargage? I want to place a divider in my 2-car garage to seperate the 2 bays. One bay will be kept nice while the other can keep all the clutter. Is there a cost effective way to accomplish this while still being asthetically pleasing and non-permanent (i.e. curtain, accordian wall, ...)? Anyone have epxerience with this?
How many bio bays are there in the world, and where are they? I know there are three in Puerto Rico (La Parguera, Lajas; Vieques; and Fajardo) How many more are there, and where the heck are they? I can only find info on the ones in Puerto Rico... (Best Answer will go to whomever can list the most bio bays AND their locations, not counting the three from Puerto Rico- just in case someone tries to be a smarty pants about it ;- ) Oh, and thanks ahead of time!
What are some other good bays to live near? I live near the chesapeke bay. im thinking of moving because the cost of houses is rediculous. i dont want to be house poor. i really like being near the bay and i love MD crabs. I'd like to move someplace slightly warmer. Texas North carolina and georgia are just some ideas. ive been an electrician (commercial and residential) for 4.5 years how much would i make in other places
Is it safer safer to swim in bays than out in the open water? I swim in San Diego, CA and was wondering if swimming at places like Coronado Bay and Mission Bay would be safer than swimming in open water areas. I guess by "safer" I mean less sharks and less waves/currents. I know shark attacks are extremely rare but it's not too fun to think about when I am swimming.
Is there a law as to the distance between permit holder only signs in residents bays? I paid and displayed but parked opposite the ticket machine. I could see no sign to tell me it was Residents Parking. Got a ticket. The residents parking sign was so far away I couldn't see it. Also, directly under the sign, roadworks had completely obscured the road so it was impossible to tell if any white lines were there, therefore impossible to tell where Residents parking started or finished. Do I have grounds for appeal? So annoyed because I didn't try to park for free, thought I was doing the right thing. I think their signage was lacking but is it illegal?
Is there a limit to how many disabled parking bays can be marked out on the road I live on? Me and husband work full time during the week (he also has to work weekends sometimes) and need our cars to get to work and back home. We are both becoming concerned about the increasing number of parking bays for the disabled and are worried that eventually we'll have to park in the next street down cause there are no other spaces available and if we are forced to use a disabled bay, we may get a fine or towed away.
Whats the best way to get to Tampa Bays Raymond James Stadium from International Drive? I am going to staying on International Drive, Orlando in November and I am hoping to get to a game at Tampa Bay against the Packers. I wont have a car so not sure if there is another way that would it easy for me to get to the stadium? The only thing I can think of is to get a free bus to Busch Gardens from Int. Drive but then I would need to get from Busch Gardens to the Stadium! Any ideas???
Does it surprise people that Tampa Bays Rays are this good? The rays have always been a last-place team until the 08 season. So why all the accolades and hype now? Because all the top draft picks they stocked up during those years. Personally I am not surprised the Rays are this good right now, matter of fact, they are supposed to be. Let's see if they will make playoffs for the next 10 years.
Why is it that there are heaps of bays with one white hoof? just a random question that i have been wondering about latley. seeing i just recently got a bay with one white hoof and then i was going through the horsedeals magazine and i noticed that there are heaps of bays with only one white sock. and we also have a photo on our wall of a beautiful bay galloping and it has a white hoof! so what are your thoughts?
How should we deal with people who park in Disabled Bays and Parent/Child spaces at Supermarkets? I am entitled to use both as I have MS and a 1 year old. But I have been told that these spaces are supplied as a courtesy and nothing can be done to enforce it. It is a private car park and therefore no laws are being broken. Once I parked behind the offending car & blocked it in for 15 minutes. But I know that was actually potentially dangerous (& no I didn't have the baby with me at the time) and probably made me no better than the person who was parked there. But it did make me feel better. There MUST be something you can do! Any ideas? I live in the UK, so I think the laws are different to the US. I have been reliably informed that Parent/Child spaces are only for parents with children under 5 years old.
Do disabled bays on private land have to be monitored / enforced? Is there any law or bill stating that disabled bays on private land such as retail car parks (asda, sainsburys etc) HAVE to have some form of enforcement against them?? So do they HAVE to ensure they are checked to ensure they are only being used by blue badge holders?

How do I apply RAID to external drive with dual drive bays? I am purchasing this drive...maybe...at the end of the month. http://www.eagle-techusa.com/ProductInfo.asp?Product_ID=206. I am reading but it says nothing about RAID. I want to mirror the drives so that one is the backup in case the primary fails. Can I do so? Should I do so? It is $184.00 at New Egg...is there a better drive/price combination? Your suggestions please.
Will you watch Green Bays Season opener next year? i don't think i will be able too. i can't stand the thought of watching Brett Favre's Streak get snapped. hopefully A-Rod doesn't get a hang nail. its not so much as watching the team. its favre is the only GB QB that i have known. and it will be real hard to watch that streak finally snape. i will watch all the others just not the opener. (atleast not the first drive.
How will Green Bays season pan out??? Will Ryan Grant break out like he did last year again??? Will Aaron Rodgers be able to lead them to another division championship and NFC championship game?
Should the fines for parking in disabled bays be larger to discourage able bodied drivers using them? Watched people using the parking bays set for disabled drivers when they are clearly not disabled. these bays are set aside so people that need extra space can use them, let the supermarkets check if there is a card and if not clamp the lazy scum and fine them. If people are using these spaces that have a disablity but no permitt then thats their problem , If they dont want the permitt then dont use the space. As for the people that said maybe you cant see the disablitly , True ..... But I can spot a blue sign in the fucking window. Not to hard is it. as the police are to busy off sitting in their canteens , Why not let the supermarkets do the job of monertering the car park, then they can give the money to charitiy.
With reference to my question why do inconsiderate people park in mother and toddler bays!!? I must add that my children are under three years of age, I am waiting for a hip replacement at the age of 34 and I can not walk that good and most times the shopping trolley seems to have a dodgy wheel. I dont think that I'm lazy for parking in these bays and on many occassions I have and still do park in other spots but with a monthly shop and toddlers I have my hands full. I can safely park the trolley by the car instead of the road and put the children in the car safely... This like the disabled spots makes shopping a bit easier... Hope this clarifies why I get annoyed sometimes !!!!!
