Can you go to the Marin Headlands after dark to take photos?

The park's website says it closes at sunset, but do they enforce that?

1. The sheriff/rangers do patrol and might investigate if they see your car parked out at night. Try to find a residential street, park down a ways and walk in from there. If you are caught most likely youd just get fined or a stern talking to. Theres also been a mother mountain lion and her cubs sited in southern Marin for a while now so be very careful and watch in the trees above your head as you walk.
